The type of chest you choose will ideally fit the color scheme of the rest of your bedroom furniture.

Typically, to save money, people will buy a chest together as a set with the bed, nightstands, and cabinets. Of course, you can buy these separate as well. There are different sizes that you can get so before you go out and buy one, make sure you decide where you are going to place it and that you will have room. Take notice of things like doors and chairs that might get in the way. You can buy these pieces of furniture for a couple of hundred dollars. There are also high-end ones that will cost you several thousands of dollars that are made of the best types of wood available. With the right chest of drawers, you can have both storage space as well as a luxurious piece of furniture that will increase the attractiveness level of your bedroom.
